Prepare for Your Heat Pump Installation
A little preparation helps your installation go smoothly and stay on schedule. Please review the checklist below before your appointment.
Outdoor Preparation
Trim grass where our team will be working
Clear snow and create a path to the outdoor unit, if needed
Remove shrubs or obstructions near the outdoor unit location
Clean up any pet waste in work areas, if applicable
Indoor Preparation
Clear access to the electrical panel
Remove pictures or décor near indoor unit locations
Secure pets away from work areas
Installation Day: What to Expect
Our team will arrive on time, review the job, confirm unit locations and electrical access, and protect your space with drop cloths and booties. They’ll answer questions throughout the installation, clean up when finished, walk you through operating your system, review paperwork, and collect payment as applicable.

Contact your salesperson before installation day with any placement questions
Please don’t chip ice or move electrical components yourself
Final payment is due upon completion unless financing indicates otherwise
