Bob started by doing deliveries for Dave back in 1987. Since then he has worn every hat at Dave’s World. A huge fan of local people and business, he finds great pleasure in employing many people with good paying jobs. When he isn’t working hard to make Dave’s World the best place to work he enjoys spending time with his family and riding bikes.
Born and raised in Milo, Dan is an entertainer, thrill-seeker, entrepreneur, and recently a grandfather with a passion for spreadsheets and budgets. A lifelong learner (and Dave’s oldest son), Dan enjoys cycling, performing at the Center Theatre, and gigging with his Americana band.
Matt started in the appliance repair business in 1994 when he was hired at Grants Appliance in Dexter, Maine, at the age of 14. He then started Scott’s Appliance when he was 18 and ran that for 8 years before becoming a Dave’s World owner in 2006. The year 2006 was the first time he laid eyes on a heat pump with inverter technology.
Matt Spooner joined the Dave’s World team in 2012 as a flooring specialist and was soon promoted to sales manager. Matt follows in the footsteps of his father who has been in the flooring industry for close to 50 years. Though Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Husson University, he has been fully immersed in the flooring industry since 1998, and is known locally as “the flooring guru.” Matt has established strong, successful relationships with leading carpet and flooring manufacturers. He is a master at finding the best product for each client, having experience in every facet of the business, from measuring to installation. This expertise, coupled with the no-nonsense, client-centered sales model you will only find at Dave’s World, means the customer will receive the highest quality product for the best value, incomparable service, and complete satisfaction.
In November 2014 Mark was brought on to the Dave’s World team after spending several years as a product support rep for the company. In his first year with the company Mark worked in the sales dept as a heat pump sales and design specialist in the field. After a year on the job the company had grown significantly and the need arose for a dedicated heat pump service manager. In November of 2015 Mark accepted the position of service manager, a position he holds to this day. In his down time Mark enjoys playing music and spending time with family and friends.
Jason joined Dave’s World in January 2014, bringing nearly 20 years customer service experience with him. Being new to the retail industry, Jason began his journey at Dave’s World in the Flooring Department, as warehouse help, and cut his teeth in the retail sales world. Later in 2014, Jason joined the HVAC Department as coordinator, scheduling consultations and installations. Jason takes great pride in providing Dave’s World customers with legendary customer service.
Adrian works as an outside sales representative, meeting with our customers in their homes to find the right heat pump and the right solution to their heating and air conditioning needs. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Maine. He brings 34 years of sales experience, an easy going style, and a passion for heat pumps that makes our customers confident they have made the right choice.
Adrian and his family live in Windham, where he enjoys motorcycle touring, occasionally swinging a golf club, and spending time with his special needs grandson.

Mike resides in the local Dover-Foxcroft area and manages a high volume of service calls every day. With calls coming in from Jackman to Old Town, from Rockwood to Burnham and many places in between, Mike’s day is never dull! Whether you’re calling about dishwashers, washing machines, microwave ovens, hoods, or refrigerators, Mike is ready to provide exceptional service! Mike enjoys working with each Dave’s World customer and feels lucky to be able to help as many people as he can.
Gregg Buzzelli joined the Dave’s World team in 2015, bringing over 30 years of cabinet experience with him. In fact, before the age of ten he was often found building cabinets with his dad in the garage of his Cedar Grove, New Jersey, home. From that point his training expanded into areas such as design, installation, and professional finish-work. While living in New Jersey, Gregg managed an elite, award winning kitchen and bath design center, and designed and installed beautiful custom kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, and more, completing small and large scale projects from renovations to home additions and new construction. There, he specialized in unique designs, and stunning finishes, and completed projects that were nothing less than picture perfect. After moving to Maine in 2006 to further his education, he continued his design career as the Project Specialist for Interiors at Lowe’s Home Improvement before joining the Dave’s World team.
Matthew Warner came to join team AWESOME in 2014. He has over 14+ years of experience in the home goods world and LEGENDARY customer service. Matthew enjoys a busy household of 4 children and his amazing wife of 15 years. On his time off he enjoys teaching his youth group, leading both the cub and boy scout meetings, and any adventurous activity involving the outdoors. US Cellular Team
Ashley was born and raised in Brownville Jct., Maine, and is a graduate of Penquis Valley High School. Ashley studied at the University of Maine Augusta and worked in the Early and Special Education field before finding her place at Dave’s World in 2013. She moved to her current role of U.S. Cellular Store Manager in 2014. Ashley strives to deliver and coach her team on legendary customer service, continuous improvement, and the values and visions of Dave’s World through integrity, hard work, dedication, growth, and passion. Ashley believes Dave’s World is a great place to work and do business and strives to provide a great experience every day for her customers and employees! In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, attending community events, enjoying day trips to anywhere with water, watching her boys play sports, exploring New England, and spending time outdoors.
Smokey joined the Dave’s World team in June of 2016. He came to Dave’s World with a background in customer service and technology. He has held a variety of jobs in the customer service industry including incoming tele sales, management, retail sales, and elevated customer support. Smokey studied Computer Information Systems at the University of Maine at Augusta. When he is not providing legendary customer service and technical support he enjoys doing theatrical light design, and projection at the Center Theatre. He also enjoys coaching youth sports and being involved in the community.
Jeremy is a lifetime resident of Dover-Foxcroft and has been working for Dave’s World for 3 years. He has 15+ years of customer service experience and 3 years of U.S.Cellular consulting experience. Jeremy has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Kennebec Valley Community College and is finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Maine at Augusta. He is a strong supporter of his local community, an advocate of shopping locally, and highly committed to promoting Maine business.
